Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting entries and records in Tally.

Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely compliance.

Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and journal entries.

Coordinate and visit banks for day-to-day operational work.

Maintain proper documentation and assist in preparing financial reports.

Assist with internal audits and support the finance team as needed.

Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and deadlines.

Requirements

2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.

Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.

Good understanding of GST laws, TDS, and general accounting principles.

Willingness to perform field visits (bank work).

Strong communication and organizational skills.
