Accounts Executive

Timing : 11 am - 3 pm

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with a foundational understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience or familiarity with tools like Tally, Zoho Books, Xero, Wave Accounting, and QuickBooks Online (Intuit).

This is a client-facing role, meaning you'll be directly involved in delivering services to our international clients. While it is not an internal back-office role, it brings a unique opportunity to develop hands-on skills in client communication, accounting process execution, and digital financial tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities using leading cloud-based tools

• Handle invoicing, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking under guidance

• Work closely with clients to understand and manage their financial records

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth financial data flow and compliance

• Learn and contribute to improving client satisfaction and financial accuracy

Who Should Apply:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (B.Com or similar preferred)

• Exposure to or basic training in any of the mentioned tools (Tally, Zoho Books, Xero, Wave, QuickBooks)

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative in client interactions

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
