Accounts Assistant

Job Title: Assistant Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP Prime.

• Handle accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS entries.

• Bank reconciliations and petty cash handling.

• Generate invoices and manage billing processes.

• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.

• Ensure timely data entry and accuracy in all records.

• Coordinate with the senior accountant and support audit processes.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.

• Proficient in Tally, ERP Prime.

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance.

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Must be reliable and punctual.
