Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals

  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments

  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable

  • Support audit processes and assist with tax preparations

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other departments on financial matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with internships may also apply)

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho)

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Good communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in GST, TDS, and payroll processing

  • Knowledge of local accounting regulations and standards
