Accounts Assistant

Job Description:

Mehta Graphics and Printers is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Tally Prime and skilled in Advanced Excel to ensure smooth handling of all finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record financial transactions and maintain ledgers using Tally Prime

• Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable & receivable

• Use Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, etc.) for data analysis and financial reporting

• Assist in GST, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance

• Prepare bills, invoices, and maintain proper documentation

• Manage petty cash and day-to-day expense records

• Support internal audit and finance team in reporting and compliance

• Liaise with vendors and internal departments for payment and documentation

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally Prime

• Strong command over Advanced Excel

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and tax rules

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented and well-organized
