Accounts And Finance Executive

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at Max Solution Private Limited. This role involves managing the organization’s financial transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing accurate financial reports. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.

• Maintain and update accurate financial records and ensure they are in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.

• Collaborate with auditors during internal and statutory audits; ensure timely submission of required documents.

• Monitor and control expenditures to maintain budget compliance.

• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding balances.

• Generate periodic MIS reports for management decision-making.

• Handle payroll accounting and coordinate with HR/Payroll service providers if needed.

• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Safeguard financial data by implementing secure backup procedures and maintaining confidentiality.

• Support financial planning and analysis as required by the finance team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (Master’s Degree or CA-Inter preferred).

• Experience Range: 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP software, MS Excel, and regulatory frameworks such as GAAP.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
