Job Description – Account Executive

Location:  Borivali (W), Mumbai, India

About Us:

We are a well-established Chartered Accountancy firm providing comprehensive financial, taxation, and advisory services. We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to handle the accounting needs of one of our group company clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) as per Indian Accounting Standards.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, ensuring timely return filings and payments.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.

Assist in payroll processing, including PF, ESIC, and professional tax compliance.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Coordinate with the client’s finance team for any accounting-related requirements.

Assisting in preparing MIS reports and financial analysis as per management requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a CA firm or corporate environment.

Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax laws.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
