Job Description: Accounts Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, strong command over Advanced Excel, and be CPT/IPCC appearing or cleared. This role demands accuracy, compliance knowledge, and the ability to manage routine accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP.

• Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and maintain ledgers.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows.

• Generate invoices, follow up on receivables, and process payments.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.

• Prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit documentation.

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with accounting standards.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.

• CPT/IPCC appearing or cleared candidates preferred.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
