We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts cum HR Executive to join our team. This is a dual role that involves handling both accounting and human resources responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination between finance and people operations.
Maintain accurate financial records including ledgers, vouchers, and cash books.
Handle day-to-day accounting operations such as billing, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
Process monthly payroll including attendance tracking, deductions, and salary disbursement.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Manage petty cash, expense claims, and staff reimbursements.
Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with labor laws.
