Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The Junior Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and assisting in month-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

Process invoices, expense forms, and payments.

Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.

Assist with audits, tax filings, and other financial reviews.

Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

0–2 years of accounting experience (internships count).

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficient in MS Excel and Tally.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and time management skills.
