Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Borivali East, Mumbai

JOB ROLE:

Spectrum Software Management:

 Use Spectrum accounting software to record transactions, generate reports, and maintain financial records.

 Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting any issues related to Spectrum software.

 Generate and analyze accounting reports in Spectrum to track expenses, sales, taxes, and profits.

GST Compliance:

 Maintain and update records for GST input and output tax.

 Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) on time, ensuring compliance with GST regulations.

 Ensure proper documentation of GST-related transactions and maintain accurate records.

 Reconcile GST liability and input tax credit (ITC) to ensure correct reporting and payment.

Vendor and Client Account Management:

 Maintain accurate records of vendor accounts, ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely manner.

 Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with vendors for timely settlement.

 Ensure the accuracy of client accounts, managing any discrepancies or payment issues.

Purchase Entry & Accounting:

 Process all purchase transactions in the accounting system (Spectrum).

 Verify and ensure the accuracy of purchase invoices, and ensure that they are recorded in the correct accounts.

 Ensure proper categorization of purchases, such as goods, services, and expenses, for accurate financial reporting.

 Reconcile purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices to ensure consistency.
