Accountant

Job Summary:
The Accounts & Purchase Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services. This dual-role position supports both the accounting and purchasing departments to ensure smooth business operations and compliance with internal controls.

Salary: 20000 - 25000/- Per Month

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
1) Manage accounts payable and receivable.
2) Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
3) Prepare and maintain financial reports and ledgers.
4) Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
5) Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
6) Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.).
7) Assist in internal and external audits.

Qualifications & Skills:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,
2) 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts and procurement.
3) Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
4) Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
5) Good understanding of financial and procurement regulations.
6) Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
7) Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8) Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
