Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle daily billing operations and maintain accurate stock records. The ideal candidate will ensure timely invoicing, support inventory tracking, and assist with financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time

• Monitor and update stock levels regularly

• Reconcile billing and stock data with internal records

• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for smooth operations

• Maintain records for audits and reporting

• Support the accounts team in general accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in billing and stock management

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP)

• Good organizational and communication skills
