Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in financial software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)

• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow statements

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

• Support audit processes and respond to auditor queries

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)

• Generate financial reports for management review

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial transactions
