Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and budgeting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments).

• Process invoices, receipts, and payments in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.

• Maintain ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings (GST, TDS, VAT, etc.).

• Support audits by providing required documentation and reports.

• Collaborate with internal departments for financial data analysis and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in an accounting or finance role (3–5+ years, depending on the level).

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
