Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial records and accounting operations using Tally Prime software. The role also involves handling stock reports, compliances, and general administrative financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate tax invoices and e-way bills.

• Maintain weekly and monthly stock records and prepare MIS reports.

• Record financial transactions and manage ledgers in Tally Prime.

• Track and update debtors and creditors with daily accuracy.

• Prepare financial reports and statements using MS Excel and other tools.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations including GST, TDS, and audits.

• Handle statutory compliance and records (PF, ESI, Professional Tax).

• Manage employee attendance and related compliance documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com / M.Com from a recognized university.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.

• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Basic understanding of statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, and P. Tax.

Work Location:

Salt Lake, Sector II.
