Job description :

• Financial Record Keeping:

• Accurately record and maintain all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses. 

  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements. 

• Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 

  • Compile reports for management and external stakeholders. 

• Account Reconciliation:

• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank statements, and other financial accounts. 

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial data. 

• Payroll Management:

• Process payroll, calculate deductions, and prepare payroll tax returns. 

  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations. 

• Tax Compliance:

• Prepare and file sales tax returns and other relevant tax documents. 

  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations. 

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts. 

  • Monitor actual performance against budget and analyze variances. 

• Audit Support:

• Assist with annual audits and provide necessary documentation. 

  • Address audit queries and implement corrective actions. 

• Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and track sales and cost of goods sold. 

  • Assist with inventory control and ordering. 

• Other Tasks:

• Respond to information requests from management. 

  • Work on special projects as assigned.
