Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Female Accountant with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage our company’s day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently and possess strong knowledge in accounting practices and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.

• Manage and update accounts using Tally software.

• Maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking and reporting.

• Prepare and file GST returns and other statutory returns.

• Manage TDS, income tax filing, and other compliance tasks.

• Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.

• Monitor receivables and payables.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Coordinate with auditors and handle internal and external audits.

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.

• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel is a must.

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication and organizational abilities.
