Responsibilities for Accountants
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Maintain general ledger entries and assist in month-end and year-end closing.
Prepare invoices, manage accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow projections.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like GST, TDS, and other tax filings.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and information.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for account-related queries.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
