Position : Accountant cum admin
Experience: Fresher to 2 years

Degree/Skills/Knowledge: Graduation, Hands-on experience with Tally, Ms Office (Basic),

Email/Letter drafting skills (English).

Known Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati.

Job Location: C.G Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Gender: Female

Time: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm

Work Profile:

• Inward (Purchase) & Outward (Sale) inventory entry into Tally Software.

• Get site wise material dispatch data (BOQ: Bill of Quantities) from the concerned person

& feed them into Tally to check live material stock at warehouse.

• Feed daily internal office & employee expenses data into Tally.

• Provide sale entry data to finance officer to generate TAX Invoices & making GST

Payments on time.

• Maintaining presence/absence record of employees & prepare data to make their salary

payments.

• To check current account bank statements daily & update financial data into Tally.

• To maintain company’s customer database in excel sheet as well as in the filing form.

• To manage customer orders on Government Solar Portal & solve document/order

related queries received on portal by Discoms (Electricity Companies).

• Liasoning work with Government Bodies/Discoms via email or visiting if required.

• Record keeping of customer, purchase, sales, expenses, banking & stock in filing form.

Notes: Two-wheeler is compulsory.
