Accountant

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial accounts, processing banking transactions, and ensuring compliance with banking laws and regulations. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Assist in daily banking operations, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Reconcile bank statements and manage financial discrepancies.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.

• Monitor and manage client accounts, providing accurate and timely updates.

• Assist with loan processing and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements.

• Liaise with clients regarding account queries, resolving any issues in a timely manner.

• Support audits and internal reviews to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Collaborate with management in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

• Handle various administrative and clerical tasks associated with banking services.
