Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software like Busy, Tally, and working knowledge of Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day accounting entries in Busy/Tally

• Handling sales, purchase, and expense entries

• Bank reconciliations and ledger management

• GST filing support and data preparation

• Generating reports and MIS in Excel

• Support in audit and compliance work

• Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for account-related queries

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Busy accounting software (preferred)

• Working knowledge of Tally ERP

• Good command over MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)

• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles

• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail

Eligibility:

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
