Job Title: Back Office Assistant

About the Role:
A growing organization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and accounting operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth internal processes through meticulous record-keeping and coordination. Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records.

• Handle general office documentation and filing.

• Organize and maintain HR-related and administrative records.

• Support day-to-day back-office operations.

Accounting & Operations Support:

• Assist in the creation of Purchase Orders and generation of invoices.

• Prepare and manage eWay bills for logistics purposes.

• Follow up with clients via calls or emails for pending payments.

• Maintain logs for POs, invoices, and payments.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in back-office or administrative roles.

• Basic understanding of accounting procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of Tally ERP is a plus.

• Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Familiarity with GST billing and eWay bill portals is highly desirable.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
This is an office-based role (no remote work).
