Position 1: Senior Accountant – 5+ Years ExperienceKey Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle accounting for real estate projects including project costing, ledgers, and bank reconciliation.

• Maintain accurate records of receivables, payables, and client payments.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and regulatory bodies.

• Ensure GST, TDS, income tax, and RERA compliance for all transactions.

• Coordinate with auditors and legal teams during internal and external audits.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.

• Supervise junior accountants and provide financial guidance to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA Inter/Completed preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in real estate or infrastructure sector.

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial management software.

• Familiarity with RERA regulations, MIS reporting, and project finance.

Position 2: Junior Accountant – FresherKey Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining daily accounting entries, voucher preparation, and data entry.

• Support in bill verification, invoice generation, and vendor payment tracking.

• Help prepare basic MIS reports, project expenses reports, and client receipts summaries.

• Maintain proper documentation of financial records and assist in filing tax-related documents.

• Work under the guidance of senior accountants and learn industry standards and compliance practices.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Strong command of basic accounting principles and MS Excel.

• Familiarity with Tally or any accounting software will be an added advantage.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate accounting domain.
