Skills: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will assist with accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
§ Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in maintaining financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations
· Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
· Support monthly and yearly closing processes
· Assist with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliance
· Maintain and update petty cash records and expense reports
· Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing and payment queries
· Data entry and maintenance of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, or ERP system)
· Support in the preparation of financial reports and audits
· Ensure all financial documentation is filed and maintained properly
· Perform any other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Accounts Manager
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
· 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance (hospital experience preferred but not mandatory)
· Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices
· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, etc.)
· Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
· Good communication and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
