We are a distribution company for Pharmaceutical goods in Kolkata. We are looking for an honest, hard working and disciplined young Office Manager cum Accountant for our business. He should be energetic and willing to take ownership for the job.

Mandatory requirements :

1. Should have proficiency in Tally

2. Office 365, Excel proficiency

3. Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali

4. Email communication should be good.

Work to be done :

a. Taking care of entire office operations and managing day to day operations of the business

b. Preparing invoices, quotation, ledger maintenance in Tally

c. Handling customer's query over phone

d. GST , TDS work
