We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team at Ishaan Enterprises. This position involves managing day-to-day accounting operations using Tally software, supporting back-office functions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities including payments, receipts, and expense tracking

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and budget forecasts

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely tax filings

• Audit financial records to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations

• Handle invoicing, e-way bills, purchase records, debit/credit notes

• Data entry in CRM and assist with stock audits

Requirements:

• Graduate, Diploma holder, or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 1–2 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in Tally and basic accounting tools

• Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and tax compliance

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills

• Additional certifications (if any) will be an added advantage
