ISSPL is looking for the role of We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to manage commercial and accounting activities. The role involves handling invoices, preparing reports, reconciling data, and following up payments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Job Overview:

The Assistant Manager – Accounts/Commercial will be responsible for managing end-to-end commercial activities, including timely invoicing, accurate data reconciliation, preparation of financial and operational reports, and proactive payment follow-ups. The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective coordination with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth financial operations.

Job Responsibilities Include:
-Prepare, review, and issue invoices in line with company policies and client contracts.
-Carry out regular reconciliation of accounts, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
-Compile and maintain reports related to billing, receivables, collections, and other commercial activities.
-Follow up with clients and stakeholders for timely payments and outstanding dues.
-Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
-Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance) to validate billing information and resolve queries.
-Maintain documentation and records of transactions as per compliance requirements.
-Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
-Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency in commercial operations.

Technical Skills:

Desired Profile – Must be having strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes, Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, good communication and interpersonal abilities for client interactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

·  Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
·  4-6 years of experience in commercial work including Invoicing, Reports preparation, DATA Reconciliation and payment follow ups.
