Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive who will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, stock checks, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have a good working knowledge of Busy accounting software and ERP systems, and be committed to improving internal accuracy and supporting cash flow management. Key Responsibilities: ● Record and verify purchase and sales transactions in Busy and the ERP system. ● Prepare and maintain GST documents, including debit notes and credit notes. ● Assist in GST return preparation and filing, including reconciliation with GSTR 2A/2B. ● Coordinate with the store team for stock entry checks and resolving mismatches. ● Perform reconciliation of vendor, customer, and bank accounts. ● Assist in tracking receivables and support follow-ups to improve cash inflow. ● Generate basic MIS reports and support the accounts team during audits.
