Position: Accounts Executive/Sr Account Executive

Experience level: 4 +years

Location: Parel (Dadar West) Mumbai / Bombay

Budget: CTC 3.50 to 4.00 lacs per annum

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate

• Good Communication Skill

• Hands-on experience on Tally and Excel

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records of all transactions.

• Prepare and present financial statements and reports for stakeholders.

• Manage revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity accounts.

• Handle journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Develop financial plans and budgets to support business operations.

• Analyze financial performance and provide insights for improvement.

• Oversee payroll processing and compliance.

• Perform monthly general ledger processing and reconciliation.

• Track and manage inventory costs efficiently.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Assist in audit preparations for both operational and financial audits.

• Handle tax preparation, filing, and compliance activities.

• Ensure adherence to legal and financial regulations.

• Good knowledge or hands on experience in Finalization and Balance Sheet
