Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to help manage our orders and inventory. Your main responsibilities will include tracking incoming orders, updating inventory, coordinating with packaging/shipping, and ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor daily customer orders
• Update and maintain inventory records accurately
• Coordinate with the production/packaging team
• Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched on time
• Communicate with customers if needed regarding order status
• Identify and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment or stock levels

Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of Excel or inventory software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Prior experience in order management or eCommerce is a plus
