Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) as per statutory timelines.
Record day-to-day financial transactions such as purchases, sales, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly.
Prepare invoices and maintain records of accounts receivable and payable.
Assist in preparation of financial reports like Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and support audits.
Support payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).
Coordinate with CA/auditor for annual returns and tax filings.
