Accountant

Position: Junior Accountant
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM
Work Mode: Office
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions, including purchases, sales, petty cash, and fixed expenses entries.

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure timely processing of bank payments and transactions.

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.

• Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and compliance.

• Monitor and manage daily accounting operations to ensure smooth workflow.

• Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar accounting role.

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations, principles, and procedures.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Vlookups, pivot tables, and other analytical tools.

• Strong experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.

• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong analytical capabilities.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BSc in Accounting/Finance preferred).
