Accountant

Our client is hiring a Senior Accountant to handle core financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, tax computation and filing. This role is key to maintaining financial accuracy, supporting analysis, and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Location: Full-time, on-site position, Hyderabad 

Responsibilities:

• Daily accounting functions: Accounts Payable/Receivables, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy.

• Prepare and support monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and statutory tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.).

• Maintain clean, audit-ready financial records and documentation

• Collaborate with auditors, consultants, and cross-functional teams for financial reviews and compliance

• Ensure timely vendor payments, invoicing, and cash flow tracking

• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities with accuracy and timeliness

Skills:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–3 years minimum in hands-on accounting roles

• Solid grasp of accounting standards and compliance

• Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools

• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis

• CA Qualification is a plus.
