Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, billing, and bank transactions.

Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance reports.

Maintain petty cash and ensure accurate tracking of expenses.

Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation during audits.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
