Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant & Billing Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and handle billing processes efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting software, and the ability to ensure financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

Maintain financial records and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.

Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations,

Billing & Invoicing:

Generate invoices and send them to clients/customers on time.

Track payments and follow up on overdue invoices.

Maintain billing records and resolve any discrepancies.

Coordinate with clients for payment processing and queries.

Ensure all invoices comply with company policies and government regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in accounting and billing (3+ years preferred).

Proficiency in Tally

Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, and financial regulations.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and email skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel
