About the Role:

Andhra Expanded Polystyrene Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team. This role is critical in managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing accurate reporting for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute daily accounting tasks, including payments, deposits, and expense tracking.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and budget forecasts.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and income tax returns.

• Conduct audits of financial records to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Analyze financial data to provide insights into the company’s liquidity, performance, and overall financial health.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• Experience required: 3 – 9 years in accounting or finance roles

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and Indian tax laws

• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and TDS accounting software

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential financial data

• Additional certifications like CA Inter / CMA (optional) will be considered an added advantage
