Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team at Merida Tech Minds (OPC) Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22000 - ₹40000 and growth opportunities in the field

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic business opportunities across services including Complete Digital Marketing, Brand Building, Web Development, Graphic Design, Startup Setup, and Business Consultation.

• Lead a team of Business Development Executives and provide guidance, training, and mentorship to achieve individual and team targets.

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients by conducting market research and generating qualified leads.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, referrals, and client satisfaction.

• Represent the company at client meetings, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

• Create and execute innovative sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve consistent revenue growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Design, and Operations to ensure seamless project delivery and client servicing.

• Collect, maintain, and update an organized database of client and prospect information.

• Submit regular business development reports, forecasts, and insights to the senior management.

• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor, with excellent command over English and local languages.

• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.

• Proficiently use MS Office, CRMs, and other sales & reporting tools to track progress.

• Willingness to travel to meet clients across different locations as needed.

• Ensure targets and deadlines are met while maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction.

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 – 7 Years (Relevant experience in business development / concept sales preferred). The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing and sales, and relevant skill sets.
