Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, set up, and launch end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube).
Optimization & Scaling: Continuously monitor daily ad spend, bids, quality scores, and audience targeting to maximize ROI/ROAS.
A/B Testing: Design and execute rigorous split tests for ad creatives, copy, hooks, and landing pages to discover winning combinations.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS) and build clean, actionable performance dashboards for internal reviews and client reporting.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our design and video editing teams to brief them on high-converting creative concepts based on data insights.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of algorithm changes, privacy updates, and emerging ad formats to keep TapGro’s clients ahead of their competition.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid budget campaigns on both Meta and Google Ads (Agency experience is a massive plus).
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of custom audience building, lookalikes, keyword research, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel setup, and Conversion API (CAPI).
Analytical Mindset: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and data interpretation. You should love numbers and know exactly how to diagnose a dropping conversion rate.
Copywriting Skills: Ability to write or guide compelling, high-converting ad copy and headlines.
Soft Skills: Exceptionally smart, resourceful, and self-driven. You must possess strong communication skills to articulate campaign performance and strategy clearly.
