Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Website, etc.)

• Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

• Optimize product listings including titles, keywords, pricing, and content to improve conversions

• Coordinate product launches, deals, promotions, and campaigns with marketing and marketplace teams

• Maintain inventory levels, order flow, returns, and logistics coordination

• Analyze performance data (traffic, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, etc.) to drive decisions

• Ensure high product ratings & review management to maintain positive brand image

• Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and promotional updates

• Coordinate with internal teams—Marketing, Operations, Design, and Warehousing

• Oversee budgeting, commercial planning, and marketplace compliance

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and share insights with management

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C websites)

• Strong understanding of online sales funnels and performance metrics

• Hands-on experience with marketplace seller dashboards (Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub)

• Knowledge of SEO/keyword tools for e-commerce

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and performance-focused

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
