Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst cum Market Researcher at Vrinda Papers and Hashtag Education, you will
play a crucial role in analyzing data, uncovering trends, and providing actionable insights that
drive strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for both data analysis and market
research, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and
business strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Process Coordinator (Data Analyst cum Market
Researcher)
● Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (internal systems,
market data, social media, etc.).
● Use statistical tools and software (e.g., Excel, Python, R, SQL) to interpret data and
generate actionable insights.
● Create dashboards and reports to present key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
● Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business operations,
marketing efforts, and product offerings.
● Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of
business strategies.
● Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the accurate collection, storage, and visualization
of data.
● Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required by different departments.
● Conduct primary and secondary market research to understand customer preferences,
market trends, and competitive dynamics.
● Gather and analyze information related to market conditions, consumer behavior, and
industry developments.
● Prepare market reports that provide actionable insights to guide product development,
marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.
● Conduct surveys, interviews, focus groups, and competitor analysis to identify
opportunities and threats in the market.
● Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements based on
data findings.
● Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on market research
insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics,
Marketing, or related fields. A Master’s degree is a plus.
● Experience:Experience in data analysis, market research, or a similar role, will be an
added advantage
● Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Python, R).
○ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data
Studio).
○ Strong knowledge of market research techniques and methodologies.
○ Familiarity with CRM and other business analytics platforms.
● Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and
translate data into meaningful insights.
● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey
data findings and market insights clearly to stakeholders.
