Key Responsibilities:
VMC/CNC machine setting and operation

Tool setting and offset correction
Engineering drawing reading
Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code
Handling of measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
Fixture and workpiece/job setting
In-process and final quality inspection
Basic troubleshooting of VMC/CNC machines
Knowledge of production process and safety standards
Tool change and tool wear monitoring
Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controller basics
