Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC turning/lathe machines

Set up jobs, tools, fixtures, and offsets
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
Perform turning, facing, boring, threading, drilling, and grooving operations
Select suitable cutting tools, speeds, and feeds
Measure finished parts using vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and dial indicators.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of CNC lathe operations
Ability to read technical drawings
Understanding of G-code and CNC programming
Knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes
Attention to detail and accuracy
