Job Description

1. Maintenance Engineer

Position: Maintenance Engineer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical & Electronics Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

MECHANICAL

1. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines and production equipment.

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues.

3. Maintain hydraulic presses and ensure smooth machine operation.

4. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

5. Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.

6. Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

7. Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.

8. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

ELECTRICAL

9.Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines and electrical systems.

10.Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, PLC, and control panel issues.

11.Maintain hydraulic press electrical control systems.

12.Ensure proper functioning of motors, drives, sensors, relays, and control circuits.

13.Conduct periodic inspections and preventive maintenance activities.

14.Minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and repairs.

15.Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and spare parts records.

16.Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures.

Required Skills:

MECHANICAL

Strong knowledge of CNC machine maintenance.
Experience in hydraulic press maintenance and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
Preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Ability to read engineering drawings and maintenance manuals.

ELECTRICAL

CNC machine electrical maintenance.
Hydraulic press electrical system maintenance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in manufacturing or fabrication industries.
Knowledge of industrial automation systems.
