Job Description – Production Operator (Mobile Manufacturing Company)

1. Salary Details

• Net Take Home (NTH): ₹14,400 per month

• Additional earnings possible through approved overtime, as per company policies.

2. Overtime (OT) Policy

• Overtime is available depending on production requirements.

• OT must be approved by the Shift In-charge before performing extra hours.

• Payment will be as per standard overtime rates.

3. Work Shifts

• Company follows rotational shifts across:

  • 1st Shift

  • 2nd Shift

  • 3rd Shift

• Candidates must be comfortable with rotating shift schedules.

4. Accommodation Facilities

• Female Candidates: Accommodation provided by the company.

• Male Candidates: Accommodation not provided—they will need to arrange their own stay.

5. Food Facilities

• Female candidates: Provided 3 meals per day.

• Male candidates: Provided 2 meals per day.

6. Transport Facility

• Company provides pickup and drop transportation.

• Transport coverage is limited to within city limits only (not available for outskirts or remote areas).
