Job Description:
We’re on the hunt for skilled Fitters and Welders to join the Malwa Solar Energy team. You’ll be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and welding metal structures used in solar panel installations and mounting systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cutting, fitting, and welding of metal components

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition

• Follow safety standards and ensure quality workmanship

• Collaborate with the installation team on solar structure assembly

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Fitter or Welder trade

• Proven experience in fabrication or structural work

• Knowledge of MIG/TIG/Arc welding techniques

• Ability to work at site locations and handle tools safely

• Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
