CNC Machine Operator

• Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or turning) as per production requirements.

• Set up machines by installing and adjusting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

• Inspect finished products using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauge, etc.).

• Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure regular preventive maintenance.

• Troubleshoot machine issues and report any faults to the supervisor.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

• Achieve daily production targets with accuracy and efficiency.
