Blood Collection

 Key Responsibilities

• Blood Sample Collection (Phlebotomy):

  • Perform venipuncture safely and accurately to collect blood samples from patients as per NIRMAN BIO PHARMA protocols.

  • Strictly adhere to required protocols and hygiene standards for specimen collection.

  • Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all collected samples for laboratory processing.

• Marketing and Promotion:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote NIRMAN BIO PHARMA's range of lab services and health packages.

  • Conduct regular field visits and execute marketing strategies to expand the company’s reach.

  • Focus on acquiring new institutional and individual customers and ensuring client retention.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain daily, accurate records of collected specimens and marketing activities.

  • Prepare and submit detailed field reports and customer feedback to the management team at NIRMAN BIO PHARMA.

• Customer Service:

  • Provide clear information to patients about testing procedures and politely address their queries, representing NIRMAN BIO PHARMA professionally.

     Required Qualifications

• Must possess a DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in blood collection (venipuncture) is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• A strong inclination towards sales/marketing and a willingness to perform field work.

• Maintain high ethical and professional standards for sample integrity and patient safety.

• It is a Full Time Lab Technician / Pharmacist job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
