We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct surveys to collect data on customer satisfaction, preferences, and opinions.

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and patterns.

• Prepare detailed reports and visual presentations of research findings.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide actionable insights.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Assist in developing strategies to improve products, services, and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in survey tools and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Google Forms, or similar).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data into meaningful insights.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with customer satisfaction or sentiment analysis.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Familiarity with statistical and qualitative research methods.
