Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across the assigned site
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times
Allocate duties to housekeeping staff and ensure proper manpower deployment
Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of housekeeping staff
Conduct regular inspections of work areas and ensure corrective actions
Ensure proper use, handling, and storage of housekeeping chemicals, tools, and machinery
Maintain records of attendance, consumables, stock, and equipment
Train staff on cleaning techniques, SOPs, safety practices, and use of equipment
Coordinate with clients/site management to address complaints and service requests
Report incidents, shortages, and maintenance issues to the Facility Manager
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
